The Webster Elementary School offers an Early Childhood Program for children at age 3 with an identified need, as well as a Pre-Kindergarten (Also known as Pre-K, PK, Tiny Tigers) Program for children whose 4th birthday falls on or before September 1st of the upcoming school year

Each Spring, the School District of Webster hosts a 3-Year-Old Screening event, and a Tiny Tigers/Kindergarten Round-Up. These events are advertised locally through newspaper and social media outlets
